These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Hughes Legacy Holdings Inc DBA IV Nutrition Oceanside services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Hughes Legacy Holdings Inc DBA IV Nutrition Oceanside may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Hughes Legacy Holdings Inc DBA IV Nutrition Oceanside to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 760-429-1567. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 3 appointment reminder text messages for if they self booked an appointment and 3 non-marketing text messages prompting them to book a session. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Cancellation Instructions:
1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
5. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
6. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
